AnswerWe can ship anywhere in the world but that can be expensive. We recommend you email us so we can provide you a quote. Often it is cheaper to send in bulk.
Question When will my order ship?
AnswerIf in stock, orders are shipped within 48 hours.
Custom orders are typically manufactured and shipped within 4 weeks once payment has been received.
Question How can I order a custom board?
AnswerThe process to order your magical custom board is the following:

Step 1.

Complete the inquiry form giving as much detail in the information boxes as possible.

Step 2.

Our staff will contact you by telephone or email to help guide you through your custom order process, confirming every aspect of your order, including your shipping, if required.

Step 3.

Once your order details have been completed, we require payment in full to begin building your custom surfboard. Upon receipt of your payment, we commence the production of your board, giving you regular updates on its progress.

Question Policy
AnswerIf you purchase any of our accessories or stock surfboards ordered through our online system will be shipped within 24 hours or the next business day in the case of weekend orders.

Any custom orders will be shipped within 2-4 weeks depending on factory production times. If you have a timing concern with your custom order, please contact us before ordering.

The delivery times provided by monashapes.com are estimates only. monashapes.com will not be held accountable for late deliveries or loss or damage relating to late deliveries.

AnswerReturns must be in new condition with tags attached unless faulty.

Faulty goods will be dealt with as per the manufacturer’s warranty.
